Accessing the OMS platform
To access the platform you can access from the web www.okobusiness.com by clicking on the Client Area button located at the top right. Or directly through the link: https://admin.okobusiness.com/
Enter your username and password to enter the administration area.
Welcome Screen
The first screen you will access is the My Devices page, where you will have information about the devices associated with a location: name of the devices, content they are displaying, orientation, categories, and device options. To switch to another location simply click on the drop-down at the top right.
From the left menu, you can access all the sections of the platform:
- My Devices: Management and Administration of the device network.
- Send Content: Section to send content.
- Content: Multimedia files repository.
- Calendar: Create scheduled actions.
- Users: Add and manage your users.
- Categories: Create and manage categories.
- Locations: Add and manage your company's locations.
How do I get my username and password?
Access keys to the platform will be sent to your email once you have activated your OKO Business license.
