Devices need to be connected to the network to receive content and connect to the OKO server. To verify if your device is functioning correctly and has an internet connection, you can check the device status from the My Devices page. Simply select the device(s) you want to check, and then select the Batch Actions option Check Connection and click Apply.
Wait until the system has checked the status of all the devices. You will see an icon next to each device indicating whether it has an internet connection (green) or no connection (red).
