How can I physically turn off the devices?

Devices can be physically powered off by disconnecting them or simply putting them into a hibernation state. To power off the devices, you only need to press the button behind the screen.

The OKO Charger operates differently as it is a device meant for public use. It is protected to prevent anyone from turning it off easily. To power it off, you need to tap 6 times on the upper right corner of the screen (as if accessing the device settings). When the password message appears, you can then press the button located at the base of the device to power it off.

Devices can be put into hibernation remotely via the OMS. Simply select the device you want to power off in "My Devices" and apply the "Turn Off" bulk action. Similarly, you can "Turn On" the devices when needed.
