Upload multimedia content

All the content you want to send to a screen will have to be saved in an album. Every time you want to upload new multimedia content you will have to create a new album or add the new content to an existing one.

Within these albums you will be able to store images and videos indistinctly, choose the playback order and define the duration of each transition.

Albums are created from the Content -> Albums -> (+) button.

The first thing to do when creating a new album is to define the name and characteristics of the Album.

Name: Define the name of the playlist

Formats: Define the resolution of the content according to which screens it is intended for. It is an informative field, to help the content to be displayed correctly.

Orientation: Specifies the orientation of the content, whether horizontal or vertical.

Approved: The content will not be available for submission until Approved has been clicked. It is used for an administrator to validate the content before publishing.

Global Album: The album will be visible from all company locations.

Once the album characteristics have been defined, click on Create to upload the media content.

To upload content simply drag and drop the images and videos you want to add. Arrange the playback order with the Options arrows and define the display time of each image independently from the Options wheel of each item.
