To check if the content has been successfully sent to the device, or to verify that a specific device is displaying content, use the Check Content function. This action is found in the Batch Actions dropdown menú.
The process for Check Content is as follows:
- Select the devices for which you want to verify the content.
- Go to the Batch Actions dropdown menu and select Check Content.
- Wait for the server response. Once the server has the response, it will display the name of the content being played in the Content column and whether it has been received correctly or not. There are three possible responses:
- Synchronized: The device is displaying all items from the album.
- In Queue: The device is still downloading the items from the album.
- Not Synchronized: The content could not be downloaded correctly.
If everything went well, the server response will be Synchronized. If the response is Not Synchronized, it means there was an error and the content could not be downloaded, or some items are missing (likely due to a poor internet connection). In this case, you need to resend the content for it to download correctly.
